Week 14: Mock Advertisements

Below are four sample advertisements Fily Willy Auto Care would use through its business social media accounts.

The specific markets that our ads will be targeting is all genders in English and Spanish languages in the Oceanside, Carlsbad and Vista areas within a 25 mile radius of each.  There isn't a specific market niche per se as each vehicle needs a repair and Fily Willy Auto Care offers automative car for import and domestic vehicles.   Our business is bilingual, so we will post both in Spanish and English.

The call to action button will be to call the shop to schedule an appointment or to answer inquires about services.  Presently, there isn't any FOMO (fear of missing out) promotions as of yet.  That will be future dated as the summer approaches, e.g., A/C specials.  Also, using numbers that the target audience will respond to, e.g., "$29.95 oil change special" could attract potential clients as an expectation is set with cost.  Facebook/Instagram offers carousel pictures, so the goal is also to build a sizable album of photos to be used on the website and social media.

For budgeting purposes and scheduling, we would start with Facebook and monitor through analytics how the campaign performs.  We would adjust accordingly and determine if resources could be put elsewhere, e.g., Google Ads, Yelp, etc.

Marketing target would be everyone who is 18-65 YO within 25 miles of Carlsbad, Oceanside and Vista.  

The call to action button Call Today! would be to call Fily Willy Auto Care for an appointment or general service questions for their vehicle.



Sample Instagram Advertisement




Lead generation advertisement would solicit contact information from visitors.  This information could be added later to a local database for future newsletter mailings (email marketing) if the user opts in.  Also, a friendly "thank you" message at the end with the option for the visitor to call with the call to action text "Can't wait for great service?  Call now!"  In the future, driving web traffic to the new website (once created) will be the next evolution.  Specific landing pages based on campaigns will be created in conjunction with Google Analytics to measure the efficiency and ROI for future marketing shaping.





Sample Twitter Advertisement

Finding the most popular tweet and using the image with new verbiage.  With the limited amount of text in the tweet, I think using Twitter for brand recognition and word of mouth advertising (re-tweeting) would be the target - to keep Fily Willy Auto Care in the forefront of people's minds when seeking auto care services.
